    Happy with the service, if a bit slow

    Customer out of focus

    Poor communication. Impersonal. Clunky. Impenetrable. Confusing. How to improve? Needs a very simple back to basics review from a human perspective. As a starter: never sign a letter "Countrywide Conveyancing Services" in fake cursive script.

    At times didnt feel like they were a team. Only certain individuals knew what was going on or what the delay was. Conveniently that person wasnt always around. Despite on several occasions asking if things could be done quicker appeared to be s severe lack of urgency
